Cropping photos
Using the cropping function, images can be cropped to a different size. This function is only
available for photos.
1. Using the
/
buttons, select the image to be cropped.
2. In the Playback menu select the option “Crop”. The Cropping window then appears in the
display.
3. Use the Zoom wheel to determine the cropping size.
4. Use the
/
/
/
buttons to move the cropping area.
5. Press the SET button to accept the cropped image. A new image is then saved. The origi-
nal image is also retained.
By cropping an image with aspect ratio 3:2 or 16:9 an image with the aspect ratio of
4:3 is obtained.
Recording voice memos
Up to 30 seconds of voice recording can be added to existing photos as a “Voice memo”.
Only one Voice memo can be attached to each photo, which can, however, be replaced any
number of times.
1. Select the photo to which the Voice memo is to be added, using the
/
buttons.
2. In the Playback menu select the option “Voice memo”.
3. Select “Start” and then press the
SET
button to start recording.
4. Press the
SET
button again to stop recording.
To play back the Voice Memo press the button.
