• Empty the drip tray regularly.
• There is too much coffee.
• Choose a coarser grind of coffee and do not tamp it
down too much.
• Descale your appliance (see pp.13-14).
• The filter is blocked. Clean it or change it.
• Wipe the grid of the extractor head with a damp
sponge (see p.13).
• Rinse the filter holder under running water.
• Fill your water tank.

• The pump was made to function without any water
and the safety system has been triggered. Wait 30
minutes before switching your coffee maker back on.

• Descale the filter coffee part (see p.16).
• Descale your appliance (see p.16).
• Choose a coarser grind of coffee.
• Clean the filter holder under running water.
• Check that the anti-drip system is present and
properly positioned (seal, piston, spring).
• Check that the jug is properly positioned, with its lid
on and properly closed.
• Check the position of the filter holder.
• Reduce the quantity of ground coffee in the filter holder.
• Rinse your appliance 2 or 3 times.
