━ X-Axis Calibration
1. Put the Tips (200 μ l) at the W4 in the positions 1 and 16 on the T-rack.
2. Run W4 piston test and observe the distance between real position and correct
position.
3. X position:
1 mm = 92 Pulse;
Direction: Inward (X axis moves inward, pistons will be outward) → minus;
Outward → plus.
For example: if you want to make the X axis position (T-rack) 1 mm inward, the original
value is 10000, 10000 – 92 = 9908, enter 9908.
Adjust the Input Pulse → tap "Enter" → tap "Upload Encoder Value" → tap "Execute",
repeat until the position is correct.
