How to use this troubleshooting guide

This troubleshooting guide is intended as tool in addition to the troubleshooting chapter in the user manual to identify and possibly correct issues related to the Innowalk.
Where the user or caretaker can execute actions to correct the issue, then this is explained i

n the “actions”

column in the tables below.

In some cases,

there is a need to contact service personnel to correct the issue. This is explained in the “Still not fixed” columns bel

ow.

Illustrations of the topics and affected parts are found on the following page after the troubleshooting tables in the pages below, where numbers on the illustrations are
reflected onto the numbering in the tables. This is done to ease the identification of the relevant parts.

If you are unsure about how to execute actions related to this troubleshooting guide, then please contact your Made for Movement representative for guidance.

WARNINGS

Under no circumstances shall troubleshooting be executed with the user or any person in the Innowalk.

If issues or errors are discovered and service is required, then the Innowalk cannot be used again before the Innowalk is repaired.

Please keep in mind that the Innowalk need to be controlled and maintained to ensure safe use. This is explained in the user manual.
