NOTE:

It may be necessary to add washers (B) (not supplied)
between plates at top or bottom bolts (A) on one of the
axles to achieve proper plate alignment for latching. Some
light grinding may also be necessary.

Tighten bolts (A) while axles are latched together.

7.

Recheck alignment.
