• Sounds will be produced when making ice cubes and crushed ice.
Water valve will produce a buzzing sound; water flowing into the
ice container will produce sound; grinding ice into small pieces or
ice cubes falling into the container will produce sound. These
sounds are normal.
• Scratching noises may be produced when dispensing ice cubes. This
is normal. Ice cubes in the container may be stuck together. In such
case, take out the ice container and separate ice into pieces using a
plastic or wooden spoon to carefully push on the ice.
• Other possibilities are described in the "ice container cleaning"
section. To avoid overheating the ice-making motor, dispense ice
for about 1 minute maximum. Wait a while until the motor tem-
perature reaches working temperature. Dispense ice directly from
the ice container if you need a large quantity of ice.
• The section "ice container cleaning" explains how to remove ice
container from freezer compartment. If there is not enough ice in
the ice container, ice cannot be dispensed. Please wait a while until
new ice is made. To prevent ice odor or bad taste, clean the ice
container regularly.
• Ice and water can only be dispensed when the door of freezer
compartment is closed. If the freezer compartment door is opened
while dispensing water and ice, this process will automatically end.

Keep pressing the button until the COLD WATER icon
turns on.
Push a container against the dispensing pad. Cold water starts to
flow into the container. Remove the container from the dispensing
pad to stop.
