1.10.

The assembly is to be carried out – except the fastening screws – in the reverse
order. Carefully tighten the screws on the back panel first, and only then those on the
inner side of the unit.

2. Replacing the PC ATX board

2.1.

Pull the mains plug.

2.2.

Remove the 10 connecting screws between lid and bottom section all around the unit
from below.

2.3.

Remove the fastening screws on the back panel of the unit and pull the plugs of the
keyboard and mouse cables (see fig. 3).

2.4.

Carefully tilt the lid upwards, support it with the red rod and disconnect the battery.

Warning: Do not tilt the lid beyond 90°! This could damage the plugs in the

unit's back panel.

2.5.

Disconnect all connecting cables – except those of the display adapters.

2.6.

Remove the nut from the network adapter and pull out the adapter together with the
connecting board.

2.7.

Remove the fastening screws of the PCB.

2.8.

Now you can remove the PCB and pull out the graphic adapters. 

Since the graphic

adapters have different settings, they may not be interchanged. (pay attention

to the correct sequence!)

Warning! The display adapters may only be pulled out, if the PC ATX board had

been removed before!

2.9.

The assembly is to be carried out – except the fastening screws – in the reverse
order. Carefully tighten the screws on the back panel first, and only then those on the
inner side of the unit. Take care not to over-tighten the nut of the network adapter!

3. Replacing a display adapter

Warning! The display adapters may only be pulled out, if the PC ATX board has

been removed beforehand!

Assemble the PCB as described above. (see also: 2

nd

 replacement of the PC

ATX board!)

When replacing the display adapters, pay attention to the correct jumper settings, as
these are different for each adapter. Before removing the cable of the display adapter,
the plug has to be unlocked by pushing forward the 2 small clips by 1 mm.

4. Replacing the network adapter

4.1.

Pull the mains plug.

4.2.

Remove the 10 connecting screws between lid and bottom section all around the unit
from below.

4.3.

Carefully tilt the lid upwards, support it with the red rod and disconnect the battery.

Warning: Do not tilt the lid beyond 90°! This could damage the plugs in the

unit's back panel.
