interesting to note the streaming mode and the button to access volume control, shown in
Fig. 32.

The XMOS-based system used in the

allows for digital volume setting.
Anyway, we suggest not to use this feature as the
YOUNG MKIII
has a built-in analogue
volume control which has much better sonic performance. It’s important to be aware that,
in case of the absence of sound, the total mute in this window may be enabled (one or
both “M” buttons pressed).
The remaining two sub-menu items for Device 0 (Fig. 33 and Fig. 34) show parameters
which cannot be changed by the user.
