Input Setup
In the Input setup menu, you can adjust the settings for the signal coming from each input.
Input name
You can change the name to refer to the equipment connected to the input
Enable input
Enables and disables individual inputs so you do not have to scroll through unused inputs.
Enable theater mode
Turns the amplifier into a dedicated power amplifier for the source to this input. This feature bypasses the
volume control. This feature might be selected if you are using the TDAI-3400 in a home theater setup where
it is used to power and calibrate the front speakers and/or subwoofer. Connect your home theater processor
to the selected input. When selecting other inputs, the amplifier returns to the last current volume.
Warning:
Do NOT test this setting with a CD player or similar unregulated signal! In this mode the
TDAI-3400 will get very hot, why good ventilation is required!
Sensitivity
Enables you to match the levels of other inputs. Can be adjusted up to +24dB.
Voicing
Select the default voicing. See later section for designing voicings.
Input delay (Lipsync offset)
Set delay time in milliseconds to ensure that the video and audio signals are played back simultaneously.
Preset vTuner station
When selecting vTuner Internet radio stations for presets, they will automatically appear as inputs. (The
interface for controlling the built-in media streamer with vTuner is found in the bottom section of the HOME
page)
Note:
To save changes, you must press “Save” after making changes to a single input. Do not
go to the next input before saving changes.
