Does not start
Faulty electrical service
Improper voltage and/or phase to
the unit
Transformer breaker is tripped
Circuit breaker in electrical box is
tripped
Main breaker is tripped
Compressor high discharge
pressure shutdown
Compressor motor internal
thermostat tripped
Loss of refrigerant - low suction
pressure shutdown
Check secondary side of 24 volt
transformer. If OK, fault is in control
circuitry. If not OK, fault is in power
supply.
Check Phase Reverse Relay or
Phase Monitor in Electrical box.
Correct phase/voltage as needed.
Reset
Reset
Reset breaker after determining
cause of trip
Cycle power by closing the main
circuit breaker.

Repair leak, recharge with type and
amount of refrigerant specified on
serial tag. Cycle power by closing
the main circuit breaker.
Does not cool
Cooling exceeds capacity of chiller

much or malfunctioning
