The SIP-T790 IP phone can send and receive text messages. When a new text
message is received, the phone will emit a “di beep” prompt, the power indicator will
flash red slowly, and the LCD interface will prompt “n new text messages” (n
represents the number of unread text messages, for example: 1 New text messages),
and display the icon of unread text messages

.

Text messages can be stored in Inbox, Sentbox, outbox and draft box, each of which
can store 100 text messages. If the number of SMS exceeds 100, the phone will
directly delete the oldest SMS.
