– Place cutting disc (4) on inner flange (20)

– Attach the outer flange (19)

– Screw hexagon nut (17) onto motor shaft (18)

clockwise

– Lock outer flange (19) to prevent turning using

hook wrench

– Attach the angled wrench to the hexagon

nut (17)

– Tighten hexagon nut  (17) clockwise using angled

wrench

– Re-attach lower cutting disc cover (13) and tigh-

ten screw (16)

– Refit table insert (2)

– Raise the table insert (2) approx. 45° and

remove.

– Loosen screw (16) and pull off cutting disc

cover (13).

– Push splitting wedge (11) through gap (22) in the

housing from below.

– Attach the splitting wedge (11) to the screw (21).

– Gently tighten screw (21) with a suitable tool.

– Align splitting wedge (11) with the cutting

disc (4).

– Tighten screw (21) with a suitable tool.

– Refit table insert (2).

– Push the upper cutting disc guard n (1) on to the 

splitting wedge (11).

– Push screw (24) through upper cutting disc

protection (1) and splitting wedge (11).

– Push the washer (23) onto screw (24).

– Screw and tighten tommy nut (12) onto

screw (24).

– Raise the table insert (2) approx. 45° and

remove.

– Insert the plug r (25) into the drain opening.

– Fill the product with water only until water can

drain from the opening in the plug.

Operation

Check before starting!

Check the safe condition of the product before plug-
ging the power cable:

– Check whether there are any visible defects or

faults.

– Check whether all parts of the product are firmly

attached.

– Check that the safety devices are in faultless

condition.

WARNING! Risk of injury! 

The splitting 

wedge must always be aligned parallel to 
the cutting disc.

WARNING! Risk of injury! 

Do not over-

tighten screw and tommy nut. The upper 
cutting disc guard must be able to move 
freely.

CAREFUL! Product damage! 

Fill the pro-

duct with water only until water can drain 
from the opening in the plug. During use 
the water level must never drop below the 
MIN marking.

CAREFUL! Product damage! 

Fill the pro-

duct only with clear water. Never use che-
micals or cleaning agents. This can cause 
irreparable damage to the product.
