Cleaning and maintenance at a glance
Before starting work
Regularly, depending on the conditions of use

Cleaning the product
Careful handling and regular cleaning ensure that the
product remains functional and efficient for a long
time.
• Remove any dirt using a brush.
• Wipe down the product with a slightly damp
cloth.
• Keep ventilation slots clean and free of dust.
Maintaining the product
Replacing the cooling water.

– Raise the table insert (2) approx. 45° and
remove.

– Place a suitable collector below the product's
drain opening.
– Remove plug (25) and drain off all the dirty coo-
ling water.

– Raise the table insert (2) approx. 45° and
remove.

– Loosen screw (16) and pull off cutting disc
cover (13).

– Lock outer flange (19) to prevent turning using
hook wrench
– Attach the angled wrench to the hexagon
nut (17)
– Turn the hexagon nut (17) anti-clockwise
– Remove the outer flange (19)
– Remove cutting disc (4) from inner flange (20).

– Thoroughly clean outer flange (19), inner
flange (20) and motor shaft (18).
WARNING! Risk of injury! Always pull out
the mains plug (disconnect the product
from its power supply) before commen-
cing work on the product.

to water. Never use detergents or solvents
for cleaning. This can cause irreparable
damage to the product. The plastic parts
can be eaten away by chemicals.
WARNING! Risk of injury! Dirt deposits
can have sharp edges. Use clear water to
remove dirt deposits.
WARNING! Risk of injury! Never use seg-
mented cutting discs.
WARNING! Risk of injury! Always wear
protective gloves when replacing the cut-
ting disc.
WARNING! Risk of injury! The splitting
wedge must always be aligned parallel to
the cutting disc.
