2.5.1. Explanation of Symbols—Protection Functions
Protection against Humidity:
This symbol appears when humidity in the sensor range of the TAC in the inside area is at an un-
healthy high level for a longer period. All fans are then triggered by the TAC automatically to gene-
rate a more healthy air condition. It is not possible to avoid protection against humidity since this is
an automatic ‚safety function‘.
Anti-freeze:
If temperatures fall below 8°C in the inside area (and in the sensor area of the TAC), all ventilation
units connected are deactivated automatically. It is not possible to restart the ventilation systems. A
minimum room temperature of 15 °C must be reached on activation of the anti-freeze mode. All
functions are then available again as normal.
