Using the bedside light
Your Bodyclock Starter can be used as a bedside light which you can set to
your preferred brightness.
to use the bedside light
Dim the
light
Brighten the
light
Hold down + to set the light level you want.
Hold down - to turn the light off.
Note: If you leave the light on it will automatically turn off after 90 minutes.
