Unloading the dough
At the end of the cycle, it is possible to automatically
empty the dough from the bowl by proceeding in the
following manner:
•
press in the up-arrow push button (B, Errore.

automatically lift the mobile protective cover;
•
keep the up-arrow push button (B, Errore.

after the mobile protective cover has been completely
opened to automatically lift the mixer off the ground,
raise it to the discharge position and tip it over;
•
use the jog bowl button and bowl rotation selector
(refer to section 7.4) to assist in the emptying of the
dough when the mixer is in the discharge position;
•
lower the mixer to the ground, once the dough has been
automatically emptied from the bowl, by pressing in
the down-arrow push button (C, Errore. L'argomento
