Scope of product warranty
- Five years on the devices structure
- Power supplies, hydraulic cylinders and all other wear components such as rubber plates, ropes, chains, valves,
switches, etc. are limited to one year under normal circumstances/use within the scope of the warranty.
- Lube1 will repair or replace the returned parts during the warranty period after its own inspection.
- After the separate order and execution of a briefing by Lube1 the warranty is extended by one year to a total of 2
years.
The guarantee does not extend to ...
- Defects caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, transport damage, improper installation, voltage or lack of
necessary maintenance.
- Damage resulting from neglect or non-compliance with the instructions given in this manual and / or other
accompanying instructions.
- Normal wear and tear on parts requiring service to maintain the product in a safe operating condition.
- Any component that has been damaged during transport.
- Other components not explicitly listed but handled as general wearing parts.
- Water damage caused by rain, excessive humidity, corrosive environments or other contaminants.
- Faults that do not impair function
WARRANTY STARTS FROM DELIVERY DATE.
It is pointed out that damage and malfunctions caused by non-compliance with maintenance and adjustment work
(according to operating instructions and/or instructions), faulty electrical connections (rotating field, nominal voltage,
fuse protection) or improper use (overload, outdoor installation, technical modifications) exclude the warranty claim!
