Todos los productos de LRP electronic GmbH (en lo sucesivo denominado „LRP“) se fabrican de acuerdo con los niveles más altos de calidad. LRP garantiza que este
producto está libre de defectos en sus materiales durante 90 días (solo países no europeos) a partir de la fecha original de compra verificada por el ticket de compra.
Esta garantía limitada no cubre los defectos, que son resultado del mal uso, mantenimiento inadecuado, agentes externos o daños mecánicos.
“Esto se aplica, entre otras cosas, a:
• Corta el cable de alimentación original o no usa enchufes protegidos de polaridad inversa.
• Cable receptor y/o cable del interruptor está dañado.
• Presenta daños mecánicos
• Ha soldado en el PCB (excepto en las pestañas de soldadura)
• El variador se ha conectado con la polaridad invertida.“
Para eliminar todas las otras posibilidades o manejo inadecuado, compruebe en primer lugar todos los otros componentes de su modelo y la guía de solución de proble-
mas, si es posible, antes de enviar el producto para su reparación. Si los productos son enviados a reparar y funcionan perfectamente, tenemos que cobrar una cuota
de servicio de acuerdo con nuestra lista de precios.
Con el envío de este producto, el cliente tiene que informar a LRP si bajo cualquier circunstancia el producto debe ser reparado. La inspección del producto y las repa-
raciones, si son necesarias,y si
no hay garantía ni solicitud esta, se le cargará al cliente su coste según nuestra lista de precios.
Una prueba de compra que incluya la fecha de compra debe ser incluida. De lo contrario, ninguna garantía le será concedida. Para la rápida reparación y servicio de
devolución, añada su dirección y la descripción detallada de la batería.
Si LRP ya no fabrica un producto defectuoso devuelto y no somos capaces de suministrárselo, le proporcionaremos un producto de una de las series sucesoras que
tenga al menos el mismo valor.
Las características como el peso, el tamaño y otros deben ser vistos como valores orientativos. Debido a las continuas mejoras técnicas,
que se hacen en beneficio del producto, LRP no se hace responsable de la exactitud de
estas especificaciones.
Con los productos de Garantía de 25 Años de LRP, también se aplican los términos de garantía en la tarjeta Garantía LRP 25 Años. Los derechos de garantía legales
correspondientes a la fecha de compra del producto no se verán afectados.
LRP-Servicio-Distribuidor:
• Embale el producto cuidadosamente e incluya recibo de compra y la descripción detallada del fallo.
• Entregue el paquete a su comercio habitual o al distribuidor LRP de su país.
• El Distribuidor repara o cambia el producto.
• Envío de vuelta a usted por contra reembolso, esto último sujeto a la política de su distribuidor LRP en su país.
rEPair ProcEdurEs / limitEd warranty
All products from LRP electronic GmbH (hereinafter called “LRP”) are manufactured according to the highest quality standards. LRP guarantees this product to be free from
defects in materials or workmanship for 90 days (non-european countris only) from the original date of purchase verified by sales receipt. This limited warranty doesn’t cover
defects, which are a result of misuse, improper maintenance, outside interference or mechanical damage.
This applies among other things on:
- Cut off original power plug or not using reverse polarity protected plugs
- Receiver wire and/or switch wire damaged
- Mechanical damage of the case - Humidity/Water inside the speed control
- Mechanical damage of electronical components/PCB - Soldered on the PCB (except on external solder-tabs)
- Connected speed-control with reversed polarity
To eliminate all other possibilities or improper handling, first check all other components in your model and the trouble shooting guide, if available, before you send in this product
for repair. If products are sent in for repair, which do operate perfectly, we have to charge a service fee according to our pricelist.
With sending in this product, the customer has to advise LRP if the product should be repaired in either case. If there is neither a warranty nor guarantee claim, the inspection
of the product and the repairs, if necessary, in either case will be charged with a fee at the customers expense according to our price list. A proof of purchase including date of
purchase needs to be included. Otherwise, no warranty can be granted. For quick repair- and return service, add your address and detailed description of the malfunction.
If LRP no longer manufactures a returned defective product and we are unable to service it, we shall provide you with a product that has at least the same value from one of the
successor series.
The specifications like weight, size and others should be seen as guide values. Due to ongoing technical improvements, which are done in the interest of the product, LRP does
not take any responsibility for the accuracy of these specs.
With LRP 25-Years Warranty products, the warranty terms on the LRP 25-Yars Waranty card do also apply. The legal warranty claims, which arose originally when the product
was purchased, shall remain unaffected.
LRP-Distributor-Service:
- Package your product carefully and include sales receipt and detailed description of malfunction.
- Send parcel to your national LRP distributor.
- Distributor repairs or exchanges the product.
- Shipment back to you usually by COD (cash on delivery), but this is subject to your national LRP distributor‘s general policy.
