4.2 PLACING THE BOILER IN THE BOILER ROOM
The boiler does not require any foundation.
The boiler should be placed in such a position that guarantees front and side access to the mechanism. It is essential for
the proper maintenance and cleaning of the boiler. The boiler has to be well-levelled (with the help of the screw in the
feeder leg), which guarantees the proper work of the feeding system.
In the case of disassembling the boiler from the feeding system (so that it could be transported to
the boiler room or its position could be changed) it should be strictly remembered to carefully seal
up the elements of the cast iron crown of the feeder. The lack of seal-up will result in the poor work
of the boiler.
4.3 CONNECTING THE BOILER TO THE CHIMNEY
The boiler should be connected to the chimney in accordance with the norms and regulations used in the country in
which it is being installed
Diagram of the connection of the boiler to the chimney
Before connecting the boiler to the chimney it should be checked if the chimney diameter and
draught are sufficient, and if the chimney is free from any other heating objects connections.
Appropriate chimney diameter and draught have an essential influence on the proper work of the
boiler!
4.4 CONNECTING THE BOILER TO THE HEATING SYSTEM
The manufacturer recommends the installation of the boiler in the heating system with tee valve or cross valve. So as to
make the boiler work properly, it is recommended to install the boiler in the system with tee or cross valve with return
temperature automatic control at 55
º
C. The automatic valve guarantees longer service life and proper work of the boiler.
The diagram of connecting the boiler to the heating system is presented below. Such a way of connecting will allow for
longer operation of the boiler. The lack of valve in the heating system accelerates the process of the boiler wear-out.
