1. INTRODUCTION
The precise study of the operation and maintenance manual as well as following its guidelines will allow for the safe,
correct, and long-term use of our central heating boilers of KRS TECH-DUO type. Every purchaser should study this manual
thoroughly before trying to install and use the boiler. The thorough study of the manual is essential for both correct and
safe use of the boiler. If the user does not follow the rules and guidelines presented in this manual, the manufacturer of
central heating boiler will not be obliged to any responsibilities or warrants.
Central heating boilers of KRS TECH-DUO type are low-pressure and low-temperature boilers, and they are not subject to
registration and collection by local Technical Supervision Authority. KRS TECH-DUO boilers are examined in the Institute
of Chemical Processing of Coal in Zabrze in accordance with PN-EN 303-5, and also with regard to ecological safety. The
boiler possesses the CE mark. Enclosed are the Statement of Conformity, ecological certificate, and the CE declaration.
Signs used on the boiler and in the Instruction:
This sign used on the boiler is to warn the user that the boiler has to be operated with due care
and with attention paid to the safety rules. Used in the text, this sign denotes vital information
concerning the dangers that may occur during the operation and the work of the boiler.
Places marked with this sign may heat up to very high temperatures, which may result in skin
burns.
Place marked with this sign is directly exposed to fire and heat. Special attention is required so as
to prevent fire.
Place marked with this sign is dangerously close to the feeding screw. Putting hands to the container
near the feeding screw can result in serious injury of the hand and disability.

Steel heating boilers of KRS TECH-DUO type with automatic feeding system are intended to be used in central heating
and in hot tap water systems in housing objects like e.g. family houses, shops, garages, or workshops.
