It should be remembered that the given parameters of heating areas are the approximate parameters of boiler choice.
Every user should choose a central heating boiler with regard to the requirements of a particular building, considering:
the type of heating system, wall permeability coefficient, and insulation. The manufacturer is not responsible when the
boiler is wrongly chosen and it does not fit a particular building.
3.1 FUEL
BASIC FUEL
1. Coal
of 31 or 32.1 type, washed, according to PN-82/G-97001, of the following parameters:
- granulation 5-25 mm
- limited swell (the coal does not agglutinate while burning)
- coal dust content up to 5% (grain granulation below 4 mm)
- ash content up to 6% (max.)
- maximum moisture up to 8%
- ash melting temperature over 1250
º
C
- thermal value over 26000 kJ/kg
SUBSTITUTE FUEL
2. Pellets
of the following parameters:
- length: 5-30 mm
- diameter: 8 mm
- moisture (% of weight): up to 10% (max)
- density: 650 kg/m³
- ash content: up to 1%
- thermal value: over 18000 kJ/kg
For efficient pellets burning there should be used a special feeder cap, which can be purchased from the
Manufacturer.
Pellets should not be used as basic fuel for constant burning, especially for summer burning (only hot tap water
heating).
3. Wood
(in models equipped with emergency grate)
Wood functions as substitute fuel for temporary burning on cast iron grate furnace.
The use of the fuel different from the above-specified can result in serious damage of the boiler,
for which the Manufacturer is not to be held responsible.
4. INSTALLATION GUIDELINES
4.1 BOILER ROOM CONDITIONS
Central heating boiler room should meet all the requirements concerning norms and regulations
used in the country in which it is being installed.
