First make sure that you have clearly followed the instructions for
installation and use beforehand (see pages 5, 6 and 7).
If your machine is not functioning normally, before calling the Wellbox
®
[S]
Customer Service, you are advised to perform the following checks:
• Have the precautions for use been followed?
• Is the machine plugged in to the power supply?
• Does the attachment plug correspond to your country’s specific wall socket?
• Has the on/off button been pushed in?
• Has the Wellbox
®
[S]
device
not been used for five minutes?
• Is the display panel on?
• Is the filter clean and correctly mounted?
• Is the hose obstructed? Is it properly connected?
• Is the treatment head properly connected to the connecting hose?
• Are the treatment heads’ components (seals, rollers, flaps) correctly
mounted, clean and moveable?
• Is the control button for the motorized Roll head
easy to operate
without effort?
• For safety reasons, do not dismantle the power supply or the device.
Otherwise, the warranty will be voided.
If the problem continues after these checks have been completed, please contact
the Wellbox
®
[S] Customer Service or an authorized distributor, indicating the
device’s serial number that appears on the barcode label at the bottom of the
device (ex. MM21 51571234) and its operating time in hours (see page 4).
