The warranty shall only apply for defects discovered during the aforementioned warranty period. The
warranty shall not apply without presentation of a valid proof of purchase.
These warranty guarantees apply to individual retail customers exclusively and not to professional
customers. This warranty extends only to the original user whose bindings were fitted and adjusted
according to international standards by a qualified retailer who took into account the boots, the weight,
the size, the age and the style of practice of the skier. If you change your skis or boots, we advise you
see a qualified retailer to readjust the bindings for the new equipment.
2. Warranty exclusions
The warranty excludes damage resulting from the following:
- Failure to follow the instructions for installation, fitting or assembly, any abusive or unsuitable use,
accidents or any other use that the product was not designed for. Failure to abide by the warnings
set out in the user guides and more generally, failure to comply with the conditions for use of the
products as set out in the user guides, where applicable,
- Normal product wear and tear, including fatigue. It is up to the customer to maintain every product, or
have it maintained, in compliance with the instructions set out in the user guides, where applicable,
- Any repairs to the product and/or the replacement of any component(s) not performed by a specialist
and/or,
- The use of non authentic and non approved spare parts and/or,
- The addition of accessories whose compatibility with the products was not first expressly validated
by us and performed by a specialist and/or,
- Any consequences of incorrect product adjustment performed by a third party and/or performed on
the basis of incorrect information provided by the customer when ordering the product,
- Any setting, adjustment, assembly and/or maintenance of the product by a non-professional when
work by a specialist professional was called for by the product user guide or instructions. Hence, we
remind you that the assembly and adjustment of some products must be performed by a qualified
retailer with the necessary technical expertise and the right tools, or directly by the manufacturer.
- Any damage resulting from the product being banged, twisted or compressed, from a fall or from any
abnormal impact that causes a modification to the product,
- Scratching or deterioration affecting decorative product components linked to its use,
- Any alteration to colours and/or the size and/or texture of products due to normal wear and tear
and/or unsuitable maintenance,
- Products with a serial number that has been removed or that is incomplete.
3. Warranty claims procedure
To make a claim, the customer must present the defective product along with a proof of purchase
(receipt or invoice) to the nearest qualified retailer.

LOOK undertakes to repair or replace, at its sole discretion, products that meet the warranty conditions.
This warranty exclusively covers products fitted and/or adjusted by a qualified retailer within two (2)
years of the date of purchase of the new product.
LOOK undertakes to replace or repair the product (depending on the models and versions available)
within a reasonable period of time, taking account of the product involved and the seriousness of
the defect.
4. Limits to liability
Within legally set limits, LOOK shall in no event be held liable for incidental or consequential damage
and loss, in particular, but not restricted to: loss of opportunity, loss of profit, operating loss and costs
of replacement with a substitute product.
Depending on the country and the applicable law, certain warranty or liability limits cited above shall
not be applicable as-is. The provisions of this warranty are not intended to supersede mandatory
national legal provisions and may therefore vary depending on the countries in which the product is sold.
Important recommendations:
• Correct fitting, precise adjustment and regular servicing by a qualified retailer, and a ski boot in
good condition, are all vital preconditions for the effective operation of your LOOK ski/bindings/
