INSTALLATION

Your magnetic stripe reader was pre-assembled for easy installation.

MR3000

1. Connect the male

DIN5M

connector to the keyboard port of the

computer.

2. Connect the female

DIN5F

connector to the system keyboard or

POS keyboard.

MR3000RS

1. Connect the female DB9 connector to the communications port

of the computer (Com1 or Com2).

2. Connect the power adapter input to the AC power source.
3. Connect the power adapter output to the DB9 power input.
