Connecting Control Valve Hydraulics
Remove tie wraps securing hoses and wiring harness to
the auger for shipping.

Connect hose (A) from the auger motor to the “A” port on
hydraulic control valve as shown.
Connect hose (B) from the auger motor to the “B” port on
hydraulic control valve as shown.
Initial Set-up

Insert tie wraps (1) into tabs welded to tender frame.
Position/route the hydraulic hoses as shown and secure
with the tie wraps. Cut off excess length of tie wrap ends.
Hydraulic Check
Disengage and engage the auger control, and raise
and lower the auger several times to bleed air from the
hydraulic lines. See “Auger Controls” on page 9 for
instructions on operating the auger controls.
Check the hydraulic fluid level. If level is low, add fluid.
