DESCRIPTION
MODE 1 Simulation
When this MODE is ON, the bar feeder runs feeding and bar
change cycles automatically and not controlled by either
interface signals or manual operation.
This MODE is for factory test or exhibition purpose only. When
it’s connected with the lathe,
it must always be turned OFF .
0 - Turn SIMULATION OFF
1 - Turn SIMULATION ON
MODE 2 A1 - Chuck invert
0 - CHUCK signal is ON when chuck is open
1 - CHUCK signal is OFF when chuck is open.
MODE 3 A2 – Lathe signal processing in automatic mode
Bar feeder has to receive the signal before pusher moving
forward.
0 – Lathe in auto signal (A2) is ON when lathe is in auto mode,
i.e. receiving A2 for allowing “all pushing forward actions”
1 – Lathe in auto signal (A2) is OFF when lathe is in auto mode,
i.e. receiving A2 for not allowing “all pushing forward actions”.
Note: If the lathe does not provide A2 signal, Mode 3 should set
1.
MODE 4 A3 – Loading invert
This parameter is for lathe to control bar feeder moving forward
bar and replacing the new bar after the End of Bar.
0 – When the START LOADING signal is ON, the loading cycle
is initiated. In orther words, receiving A3 for allowing “pusher to
return for changing a new bar stock”
1 – When the START LOADING signal is OFF, the loading cycle
is initiated. In other words, receiving A3 for not allowing “pusher
to return for changing a new bar stock”.
Note: If the lathe does not provide A3 signal, Mode 4
should set 0 and Mode 7 should set 1.
