Registering LiveU Solo HDMI
Once you have a LiveU Web Portal Account, it is then
necessary for you to register the LiveU Solo HDMI unit
following the instructions below:
1. Ensure the USB modems are connected to LiveU
Solo HDMI as
.
2. Press and hold the
Power
button on the front of
the unit for 5 seconds to turn the unit on (it may
take approximately 90 seconds to fully boot up).
3. Open a web browser on a computer or mobile
phone and log into your Web Portal Account
at
.
4. Click on the
ADD SOLO
link on the left of the
landing page to add a new Solo unit to your
account.
5. On the pop up page, add your contact details
along with the serial number of the LiveU Solo
HDMI unit and click
Next
.
6. If you are unsure of the serial number, you can use
the joystick on the front panel to display the serial
number on the screen. Press the
right arrow
to go
into the menu, then the
down arrow
to select
Unit
Info.
7. Your LiveU Solo HDMI will now be registered on
your account.
