Free Extended Warranty
In exchange for information, LiquidArt will extend this product
warranty from 1 year (3 years on the water pump) to 5 years
(including water pump). Simply fill out the customer satisfaction
survey on the next page, within 30 days of product purchase, and
return it by mail or fax to LiquidArt. In return, you will receive by
mail, an extended warranty certificate specifying the extended
dates. Any information collected is for the use of LiquidArt only
and will be utilized to help improve service and future products.
