Target Level - Adjusts a horizontal target line, used for display only

Averages - Sets the averaging for the RTA. Lower averaging results in a faster dis-
play which is nice to look at but harder to use when calibrating low frequencies.
A typical value in the 20-50 region is useful for analyzing the frequency response
of an input signal, higher numbers for room calibration.
