8.0 Troubleshooting and Fault Finding

1 Press the torch trigger, no wire
feed

electrical conductivity.
8 No shielding gas flow Check if the gas hose is
connected and free of kinks
Correct as required
Check whether the gas cylinder
has gas
Exchange as required
Internal solenoid valve has failed Contact authorised service agent
to replace the gas solenoid.
9 Wire tangles at the wire feeder Wire burnt back into the contact
