Simple Troubleshooting

The lift doesn’t work.

A repeated signal can be heard from the lift.

1.

  Make sure that the emergency stop button has 

not been activated (shall not be pressed in).

2.  Check that the handcontrol cable is

 

connected 

correctly.

3. Charge the battery.
4.  If the problem persists, please contact Hill-Rom.

The lift emits a repeated LED signal.

The lift is stuck in the high position.

The lift does not achieve maximum lifting 

capacity.

1.  Make sure that the emergency stop button has

    correctly.
3.  Use the selected electrical emergency lowering 

device to lower the patient onto a firm surface.

4. Charge the battery.
5.  If the problem persists, please contact Hill-Rom.
