• Examine the unit and charging cable for wear or damage before use. Never use
if damaged, malfunctioning, or if the unit has been exposed to water.
• Do not use while driving or sleeping.
• This unit is not a medical device and is not recommended for medical use.
• The
Surger Plus
intended for in-home use only. Do not use the
Surger Plus
in
any commercial, rental, institutional, or therapeutic setting.
• Dispose of the
unit
and all parts according to local and federal regulations.
BATTERY SAFETY
• WARNING:
For the purposes of recharging the battery, only use the Micro
USB charging cable provided with this device.
• Consult your doctor before using this product, especially those with diabetes
complications, epilepsy, migraines, herniated disks, spondylolisthesis,
spondylolysis, or spondylosis, recent joint replacements, and implanted
devices such as pacemakers, IUDs, or metal pins or plates.
• Do not use the unit to supplement or replace any medical treatment. Do not
use if injured.
• For adult use only. Keep away from children and pets.
• This device is not intended for use by persons with reduced physical, sensory
or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have
been given supervision and instruction concerning use of the
device
by an adult
person responsible for their safety.
• The
Surger Plus
is not waterproof. Keep it away from liquids. Do not use it in a
place where the unit may become wet or damp. Do not immerse it in water. If the
unit becomes wet, do not use it and contact the support team immediately.
• Keep the
Surger Plus
away from flammable or explosive items, chemicals,
open flame, and heat sources such as central heating, portable heaters, stoves,
fireplaces, and ovens.
• Do not operate it under a blanket or pillow. Excessive heat can potentially cause
fire, electrocution, or injury to person(s) or property.
• Do not operate it in the presence of aerosol (spray) products or corrosive gases,
or where concentrated oxygen is being administered.
• Keep ventilation ports free from dust and debris.
• Never use the
Surger Plus
while it is plugged in or charging.
• Never drag or hang the
Surger Plus
by its charging cable.
• Unplug unit after charging and prior to using, cleaning, storing, or transporting.
• Never leave the
Surger Plus
unattended while it is running or charging.
• Do not operate the unit continuously for more than 30 minutes. Allow the
device to rest for 30 minutes before re-using.
IMPORTANT USAGE NOTES
• Use the
Surger Plus’s vibration
only on soft tissues. Do not use vibration on
your head, neck, upper back. Do not use on eyes, heart, genitals, or other
sensitive areas.
• Check the areas you are treating frequently and stop immediately at the first
sign of pain or discomfort.
• Bruising can occur regardless of the vibration speed level selected.
• Use only on dry, clean clothing or skin. We recommend using the
Surger Plus
over clothing (e.g. form-fitting athletic wear, leggings, etc.).
• Keep hair, fingers, and other body parts out from under the Surger Plus.
MAINTENANCE, CLEANING, AND STORAGE
• Completely power off, or unplug, and allow to cool before cleaning or storing.
• Use a slightly damp cloth or soft towel to wipe any dirt or moisture from
Surger Plus after use. Do not use abrasive, solvent, or chemical cleaners.
• Always power off the device before cleaning, storing, or transporting.
• Store the unit fully charged, in a cool, dry place.
• If storing long-term, charge the battery at least every 6 months; holding a
charge prevents damage to the battery.
• Do not remove screws or attempt to disassemble. Battery is not removable or
replaceable.
