The Rove has a carrying handle at the top of the machine to allow for easy
transportation. Grab the carrying handle to lift the Rove and move it to a
new location.
You may also move the Rove by rolling it:
1.  Grasp the handhold on the rear of the elliptical.
2.  Tilt the elliptical up onto the wheels at the front of the machine.
3.  Now, you can easily roll the elliptical to a new location.

SAFETY TIPS

•  Place the Rove on a sturdy, level, non-slip surface, with at least 2 feet of

clearance on all sides.

•  Place the included non-skid mat under the elliptical to prevent it from

sliding during exercise and to protect your carpet or flooring.

•  Stop exercising immediately if you feel lightheaded, nauseous, or if you

have chest pain/tightness, irregular heartbeat, or shortness of breath.

•  Incorrect or excessive exercise can be damaging to health. Always

exercise within the heart beat range and time limits recommended by
your physician.

•  Use caution when using the elliptical while standing as you could fall and

be injured.

•  Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of 220 lbs.
•  Do not use while intoxicated or immediately after eating.
•  Check for and tighten any loose screws before each use.

EXERCISE TIPS

•  Always wear appropriate athletic clothing, socks, and athletic shoes

when using the Rove. Ensure shoes fit well and have soft soles for
maximum grip on the pedals.

•  Do not wear loose or baggy clothing which may get caught in the

equipment or restrict or prevent movement

•  Start slow and easy with 10–15 minute workouts.
•  Slowly increase the resistance, as well as your speed and workout

duration as you gain strength and stamina.

•  Drink plenty of water before, during, and after exercise.
