CHANGING THE MODE

The console tracks and displays your workout
metrics. The top line shows the COUNT, the
number of strides. The bottom line shows the
value of the selected mode. Scan mode displays
each value, in turn, for six seconds. See the
table above for information about each mode.
To change the selected mode:
1.  Press the red

Mode button

 to toggle

through the modes: time, calories, RPM,
and scan.

2.  The small black arrow at the bottom of the screen shows which mode is

currently selected.

RESETTING ALL WORKOUT VALUES

Values shown for count, time, and calories burned are cumulative across all
workouts. To see metrics for a single workout, you may reset the saved workout
values to zero.
1.  Press and hold the

Mode button

for 3 seconds. Workout values will flash

once, then reset.

NOTE:

Workout values automatically reset when they reach their maximum (for

example, 9,999 strides) and when the batteries are replaced.

AUTO SHUTOFF

The console will automatically shut off after four minutes of inactivity. The
console will automatically power on when you press the Mode button, begin to
exercise, or insert new batteries.
