8 Operating the Trackit M
8�1 Windows Login
In order to use Trackit M, you must log into Windows through one of the following methods

Local User Account
y
Domain Account on Windows Server 2003 Active Directory or later
8�2 Network Configuration
To configure a network connection, click the wireless icon in the Windows system tray and connect to a wireless
network. The following network protocols are supported:

802�11 a/b/g/n/ac Wireless Network
y
WPA2 security recommended
8�3 Opening the Software
1. On the Trackit M, enter your Windows username and password.
2. Double click the Rendr Acquisition Software desktop icon.
A new study may be initiated by clicking "New", selecting a patient profile, and connecting to the amplifier hardware.
During a study, you may run impedance measurement, run calibration, record EEG data, control the photic stimulator,
run a hyperventilation sequence, mark events, and take notes and measurements.
Detailed instructions for software operation, along with all associated features and functions used to perform and EEG
study, are located in the Rendr Acquisition Software Manual. Refer to the
Rendr Acquisition Software Manual
for a
full description of how to perform an EEG study. This manual can be accessed through the software help.
