Attach the Right Foot Pedal (21R) onto the right Foot Bar (23) with two M10x45 Hexagon 
Head Cap Bolts (20) and M10x9 Nylon Nuts (28).    Tighten nylon nuts with the Multi Hex 
Tool provided. 
Use the same procedure to attach the Left Foot Pedal (21L) onto the left Foot Bar (23).
