ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1
Remove the treadmill from the shipping carton and place it on a level flat surface. Please
always use the aid of a second person when removing the treadmill from the shipping
carton.
Lift both Right/Left Handlebar Support Tubes (3, 4) up and align bolt holes. Use two M8
Nylon Nuts (20), two M8x55 Hexagon Socket Oval Head Bolts (27), two M8x20 Hexagon
Socket Oval Head Bolts (43), and four Ø8xØ16xT1.5 Flat Washers (21) to secure both
Right/Left Handlebar Support Tubes (3, 4) onto the Base Frame (1). Semi-tighten all
bolts and nylon nuts with the 5mm Allen Wrench and Double Open End Wrench provided.
It is recommended to have a second person assist with this step. One person should hold
the both Right/Left Handlebar Support Tubes (3, 4) in place while the other person tightens
the bolts and nylon nuts.
NOTE:
DO NOT FULLY TIGHTEN BOLTS AND NYLON NUTS IN STEP 1 UNTIL THE
STEP 2 IS COMPLETE.
