ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1
Remove the treadmill from the shipping carton and place it on a level flat surface. Please
always use the aid of a second person when removing the treadmill from the carton.
Connect the Sensor Cable I (32) from the Base Frame (57) to the Sensor Cable II (33)
from the Right Handlebar Support Tube (10R). It is recommended to have a second
person assist with this step. One person should hold the Right Handlebar Support Tube
(10R) in place while the other person connects the sensor cables.
Insert the Right Handlebar Support Tube (10R) into the Base Frame (57) and secure using
three M8x16mm Bolts (89), three M8 Spring Washers (90), two M8 Curve Washers (92),
and one Ø17xØ8.2x1.5 Washer (91). Semi-tighten bolts with 5mm Allen Wrench with
Phillips Screwdriver provided.
Insert the Left Handlebar Support Tube (10L) into the Base Frame (57) and secure using
three M8x16mm Bolts (89), three M8 Spring Washers (90), two M8 Curve Washers (92),
and one Ø17xØ8.2x1.5 Washer (91). Semi-tighten bolts with 5mm Allen Wrench with
Phillips Screwdriver provided.
WARNING:
When lowering right handlebar support tube onto the base frame,
ensure the sensor cables I & II (32, 33) are not overlapping the frame, or they will be
pinched and cut when the handlebar support tube slides into position.
DO NOT FULLY TIGHTEN HARDWARE IN STEP 1 UNTIL STEP 3 IS COMPLETED.
