DISTANCE:
Displays the cumulative distance traveled during your workout. You may
also pre-set target distance in STOP mode before training. To set DISTANCE press the
MODE button until you see the split window of DISTANCE begin blinking and the screen
displays Distance Goal. Press the SPEED UP or SPEED DOWN button to change the
distance, each time you press the SPEED UP or SPEED DOWN button DISTANCE
should change in 0.1 kilometer increments. The pre-set target distance range is from
0.50 to 99.90 kilometers. Once you pre-set target distance, press the START button to
start exercising. Distance starts counting down from the pre-set target distance to 0.00.
When the pre-set target distance counts down to 0.00, the computer will begin beeping as
a reminder and the treadmill will stop operation automatically.
CALORIES:
Displays the total cumulative calories burned during your workout. You may
also pre-set target calories in STOP mode before training. To pre-set CALORIES press
the MODE button until you see the split window of CALORIES begin blinking and the
screen displays Calories Goal. Press the SPEED UP or SPEED DOWN button to change
the calories, each time you press the SPEED UP or SPEED DOWN button the amount of
CALORIES should change by 10. The pre-set target calories range is from 20 to 9990
calories. Once you pre-set target calories, press the START button to begin exercising.
Calories start counting down from pre-set target number of calories to 0. When the
pre-set target calories count down to 0, the computer will begin beeping as a reminder
and the treadmill will stop operation automatically.
PULSE:
The split window of PULSE will display your current heart rate 4 - 5 seconds
after you grip the hand pulse sensors with both your hands, making sure the palms cover
the sensors during exercise. To ensure the pulse readout is more precise, please always
grip the hand pulse sensors with two hands instead of just with one and only when you try
to test your heart rate.
Training In Body Fat Function Mode:
You may test your body fat in manual mode. Press the MODE button to select the BODY
FAT function mode and the screen displays BODY FAT. The split window which under
the PULSE window will begin blinking for setting user's gender. The initial gender is male
(Ma). FE indicates female and Ma indicates male. Press the SPEED UP or SPEED
DOWN button to set user's gender. Press the STOP/ENTER button to confirm gender
and the split window of CALORIES will begin blinking for setting user's age. The initial
pre-set age is 25 year-old. Press the SPEED UP or SPEED DOWN button to set user's
age. The age range is from 10 to 80 year-old. Press the STOP/ENTER button to confirm
age and the split window of DISTANCE will begin blinking for setting user's height. The
initial pre-set height is 176 cm. Press the SPEED UP or SPEED DOWN button to set
user's height. The height range is from 140 to 250 cm. Press the STOP/ENTER button
to confirm height and the split window of TIME will begin blinking for setting user's weight.
The initial pre-set weight is 56 kg. Press the SPEED UP or SPEED DOWN button to set
user's weight. The weight range is from 30 to 200 kgs. Press the STOP/ENTER button
to confirm weight and then you hold both two hands on handlebar grip sensors in a few
seconds, the split window of SPEED will display your body fat figures and the split
window of PULSE will display you current heart beats per minute.
