 Remove both Handlebar Knobs (32) with two Washers (62) from the Handlebar (6) 

and both Right/Left Handlebar Support Tubes (11, 12). 

1-2:

 Pull the Handlebar (6) all the way down. 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Step 2

 

Release and remove both T Knobs (33) from both Right/Left Handlebar Support Tubes 
(11, 12) and then push both Right/Left Handlebar Support Tubes (11, 12) down and align 
knob holes.   
Tighten both T Knobs (33) that were removed to secure both Right and Left Handlebar 
Support Tubes (11, 12) in place. 

NOTE: Please hold both Right and Left Handlebar Support Tubes (11, 12) 
firmly while removing the T Knobs (33).
