5. The cleaning shaft

Be careful not to damage the cleaning shaft. If the cleaning shaft is seriously damaged
take immediate contact to your local distributor. If the shaft has been scratched it can
be coated again with a heat shrinkable tube. During the storage and transportation the
shaft has to be reeled into the drum.

6. Working temperature and overload

The   machine   unit   warms   up   a   bit   when   the   machine   is   being   used.   If   the   motor
overheats or the free rotation of the brush has been prevented the overheat protection
of the frequency converter will go off. When the right working temperature has been
reached the motor starts to work again. The permitted working temperature is 5-50ºC.
The current has to be switched off when it is not being used.

7. Electrical connection

Make sure that the voltage supply and the current responds to the information
stated in the CE-plate and the information in the instructions.

Lifa Hydmaster 40 is connected to a single phase (1~) current, 230 V AC 50-60
Hz.

Protective switch for motor is equipped with a low voltage protection, which will prevent
the   machine   switching   on   if   the   voltage   is   too   low,   or   if   there   isn’t   any.   Only   an
authorized electrician can do the installations and possible repairs for the machine.
The electrician has to be authorized by the manufacturer or the warranty will expire.

8. Noise level

The noise level of Hydmaster 40 is low and it is not dependent of the operating
environment.
