CONDITIONS
» Call Park can only be applied to users in “talk status”.
» Once a Call Park condition has been established, the
Nomad IP
goes to an idle state.
» A parked call will re-call after the time out is reached.
Call Pick-Up
This feature allows you to pick up a call that is ringing at
another user’s station. Call Pick-Up can be used after the
function has been programmed at the attendant station.
GROUP CALL PICK-UP
A station can answer (“Pick-up”) incoming and transferred
Intercom, CO and IP calls ringing at another station in the
same Station Pick-up Group.
- All ringing calls are subject to pick-up by other group
member stations, except private lines and queue
callbacks.
- If programmed, stations in other types of Station
Groups may also use the Group Call Pick-Up function.
To answer a ringing phone in your Call Pick-Up Group:
1. Dial Group Call Pick-Up access code [566].
2. Press [Send].
CONDITIONS
» A station should be in the same Call Pick-up Group
with the ringing station.
» This feature should be programmed in Admin
programming before using. (Refer to Call Pick-up in
appropriate System Programming Manual.)
