Trouble Shooting
Problem Reason Solution

Heating or
Cooling is not
satisfactory.
•
Setting target temperature is
not proper
.
•
Set target temperature correct ly .
•
Check if temperature is w ater-based or air-based . See "Remote
sensor active ' and 'Temp . sensor selection' in Chapter6.
•
Charged w ater is not
enough .
•
Check pressure gage and charge more w ater until pressure gage
is indication 2 ~ 2 . 5 Bar
•
Water flo w rate is low .
•
Check if strainer gathers too much partices . If so, strainer
should be cleaned .
•
Check if pressure gage indicates above 4 Bar
•
Check if w ater pipe is getting closed due to stacked paticles or
lime.

supply is OK

unit does not
start
w orking.
•
Water inlet temperature is
too high
.
•
If w ater inlet temperature is above 57 ° C, the unit does not
operated for the sake of system protection
•
Water inlet temperature is
too lo
w .
•
If w ater inlet temperature is belo w 5 ° C in cooling operation, the unit
does not operated for the sake of system protection. Wait w hile unit
w arms up the w ater inlet temperature.
•
If w ater inlet temperature is belo w 15 ° C in heating operation, the
unit does not operated for the sake of system protection. Wait
w hile unit w arms up to 18 ° C the w ater inlet temperature .
•
If you are not using the back up heater accessory (HA** 1M
E1)
, increase the w ater temperature w ith the e x ternal heat
source (heater , boiler).
If the problem persists, contact your dealer.
•
If you w ant to use the screed drying function, be sure to purchase
and install back up hater accessories (HA ** 1M E1) .

Water pump
noise

•
Air purging is not
completely finished.
•
Open the cap of air purge and charge more w ater until
pressure gage is indicating 2~2.5 Bar
•
If w ater does not splash out w hen the tip(at the top of the hole)
is pressed, then air purging is not completed yet. If w ell purged,
the w ater w ill splash out like fountain .
•
Water pressure is lo w.
•
Check if pressure gage indicates above 0.3 Bar.
•
Check if the e x panstion tank and pressure gage operates w ell.

Water is flood
out through
drain hose
.
•
Too much w ater is
charged .
•
Flood out w ater by opening the s w itch of the safety valve until
pressure gage is indicating 2~2.5 Bar.
•
E x pantion tank is
damaged .
•
Replace the e x pantion tank
5 DHW is not hot.
•
Thermal protector of w ater
tank heater is actived .
•
Open the side panel of the DHW tank and push the reset button
of the thermal protector. (for more detail information, please
refer to intallation manual of DHW tank
.
•
DHW Heating is disabled.
•
Select DHW Heating Operation and identify if icon is displayed on
the remote conr toller
.
