Defrosting Guide
* If necessary, shield small areas of meat or poultry with flat pieces of aluminum foil. This will prevent thin areas from becoming warm during defrosting.
Ensure the foil does not touch the oven walls.
* Separate items like minced meat, chops, sausages and bacon as soon as possible.
When BEEP sounds, turn food over.
Remove defrosted portions. Continue to defrost remaining pieces.
After defrosting, allow to stand until completely thawed.

Turn food over at beep.
After defrosting, cover with aluminum foil, let stand for 20~30 minutes.
Fillets, Steaks, Whole fish, Sea foods
Turn food over at beep.
After defrosting, cover with aluminum foil, let stand for 10~20 minutes.
Sliced bread, Buns, Baguette, etc.
After defrosting, stand for 1 minute.
