Edit CO Access Code
You do not need to change any settings here as the system will automatically enter the correct
access code for an outside line.
Delete All Entry
This option allows you to delete all contact record data (BE VERY SURE YOU WISH TO DO
THIS BEFORE PROCEEDING!).
1. Select
MENU
option by pressing
S
2. Use
T
to scroll down to option
2
–
PHONE BOOK
and press
OK
.
3. Use
T
to scroll down to option
6 – DELETE ALL ENTRY
and press
OK
.
4. You will be prompted to confirm this selection before all data is deleted. Use
TS
to select
YES or NO.
5. Press
OK
to confirm your choice.
