Absent Message
This option allows you to implement a call forward to your
handset. See page 90 for a list of Messages.
To access follow the instructions below:
1. Select
MENU
option by pressing
S
2. Press
OK
to select option

3. Use
T
to scroll down the list to option

ABSENT
MESSAGE
.
4. Press
OK
.
5. Your screen should appear as per
Fig.36
6. Use
T
to scroll down to the next page.
7. Select the message that is relevant such as
OUT OF
OFFICE HH:MM
8. Follow the prompts, enter the time and press
under
SAVE
.
9. The message will now be on your display and will be
seen on the display of other digital telephones that call
your extension.
