NOTE
• If the water level and temperature are safe, the
door lock LED turns off and the door unlocks
once the wash movement has stopped.
• If the water level is too high, the door will not
unlock, and this function cannot be used.
• If the temperature in the drum is higher than

), a short warning chime sounds and
this function is not allowed for safety.
• This function is disabled during the
Tub Clean
cycle.
• To preserve wash performance, wash time may
be extended depending on when garments are
added to a cycle.
• Be careful when opening the door as wet
laundry may drip or fall out.
Cold Wash
Press the
Cold Wash
button to save energy by
using cooler water. It will increase the wash and
rinse times to maintain wash performance.
• Wash time will increase up to several minutes
with this option.
• For best wash results, only wash small loads (less
than 8 lb) with this option.
ezDispense
Use the
Detergent Level
and
Softener Level
buttons to set up and control the
ezDispense
function.
• Use the manufacturer’s recommendations on
the detergent or fabric softener package when
setting the
ezDispense
amounts for a standard
8-12 lb (4-6 kg)
load.
• The default settings are configured to dispense
1.5 oz (45 ml)
of detergent and
1 oz (30 ml)
of
softener for
8-12 lb (4 - 6 kg)
of normally soiled
laundry.
• The default amounts can be increased or
decreased in
0.1 oz (3 ml)
increments, within a
range of
0.3 oz (9 ml)
to
6.0 oz (180 ml)
. The
amount dispensed may vary slightly depending
on the model.
Changing Default Dispense Amounts

Press the
Power
button to turn on the
washer.

Press and hold the
Detergent Level
or
Softener Level
button for 3 seconds.

Turn the knob to increase or decrease the
amount of detergent or fabric softener. The
amount (in fluid ounces) is shown in the
display.

Press and hold the
Detergent Level
or
Softener Level
button for 3 seconds to save
the changes.
Changing Dispense Amounts for a
Single Load

Press the
Power
button to turn on the
washer.

Turn the knob to select the desired cycle.

Press the
Detergent Level
or
Softener Level
button to increase or decrease the dispensed
amount from the set defaults.

Press the
Start/Pause
button to start the
cycle.
NOTE
• Most cycles will automatically use the default
amounts you have set, indicated by the Normal
LED light on the
Detergent Level
and
Softener
Level
buttons.
