Maintenance
5.1 Safety Information
Depending on the process involved dangerous substances may escape
from the pump and oil. Take the appropriate precautions.
Observe the safety regulations.
When disposing of used oil please observe the relevant environmental reg-
ulations !
All work must be done by suitably trained personnel. Maintenance or
repairs carried out incorrectly will affect the life and performance of the
pump and may cause problems when filing warranty claims.
Never mount used seals ; always mount new seals.
5.2 Maintenance Intervals
The intervals stated in the maintenance schedule are approximate values for
normal pump operation. Unfavourable ambient conditions and/or aggressive
media may significantly reduce the maintenance intervals.
