Steps to basic printing

Install the replacement cartridge.

Close the front cover.

Open the Control Panel.

From the Cartridge tab, select Install/Change Cartridge.

Select the type of cartridge you installed and click OK.

If you are installing a new
cartridge, remove the
sticker and transparent
tape on the bottom of the
print cartridge.

Insert the print
cartridge into
the print
cartridge carrier.

Push back
firmly on the
cartridge until it
snaps securely
into place.
Warning:
Do
NOT
touch the gold
contact area
of the print
cartridge.
