Connecting stations to the FSW-1607/2407TFX
Whether you’ve set up on a desktop or rack mount cabinet, the
procedure for connecting stations to the FSW-1607/2407TFX is the
same. Refer to the following:
1. Connect the RJ-45 plug to the Smart Switch.
2. Plug the RJ-45 on the other end of the cable into the net-
work adapter on the station.
If the FSW-1607/2407TFX was powered up when you made the
connection, the LINK/ACT LEDs for all the above stations should
be on.
If the LED does not light, refer to POST diagnostics on page 26
of Appendix A.
